1. Wash hair with shampoo and dry completely.
2. Divide hair into six equal sections.
3. Apply the protein evenly using steady, long brushstrokes—starting from the back.

I am 16 years old and I have long thick hair which is difficult by itself to maintain but it is also very frizzy.
